Peter McMahon earned a Bachelor of Science Degree at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA and a law degree from New York Law School. McMahon served as an assistant district attorney for the Orange County District Attorney's office where he prosecuted crimes ranging from misdemeanors to violent felonies.

Mr. McMahon has also served as staff counsel for Allstate Insurance Company where he litigated numerous personal injury claims in various courts from Rockland County to Binghamton. He also has 15 years experience in handling workers compensation and social security disability claims.

Mr. McMahon currently practices primarily in the fields of personal injury, workers compensation, social security and criminal defense.
